The picture shows the loading of a 25-meter Cell on Wheels. We stacked the platform frames to save shipping costs and secured them to the inside of the container with ropes. Foam was used to protect the lifting towers to prevent damage to the paint. Steel tie wraps were used to tie the platform railings to prevent clutter. After loading into the container, ropes were used to secure the units to prevent movement during transport. Since 4 sets are packed at a time, we use letter pairing to mark different tower main components.  

Due to the complexity of the system, we spent a lot of time debugging the electronic control system and hydraulic system to achieve the best possible operating state. The following pictures show the test run of the entire hydraulic lifting system and the electronic control system. To simulate the load of the antenna, we tied the antenna package to the top to simulate the weight of the antenna.

The following pictures show our company's test run of the Cellular on Wheels ( COW) before packaging and shipment. Aside from custom-assembled systems like the generator, we also provide all our own components, including aviation obstruction lights, four-wheel brakes, guyed masts, taillights, width marker lights, and antenna masts.  

The following photos show a Libyan customer visiting our production line. After completing radar support production, the Libyan customer visited our production line and observed our trial assembly. Our factory covers all key processes, including raw material processing, production, and hot-dip galvanizing, greatly enhancing our production and quality control capabilities. After visiting our production line and galvanizing workshop, the customer expressed high praise and a strong desire for future cooperation.  

The picture shows the packaging of telecom components shipped to the United States. All packaging is wrapped with plastic film to protect the product and reduce exposure to air, slowing down the rusting of black parts. Regarding drum packaging, we use new custom pallets to reduce the packaging footprint and maximize the space utilization in the container.

The customer visited our Cellular on Wheels ( COW) production facility again, which also included the product in the order. The customer's technicians carefully measured the product parameters and highly praised our production quality and precision. After the trial assembly, the customer carefully inspected the operation of the hydraulic system and the fit of all components. The components fitted perfectly, and the hydraulic system was operating smoothly. After confirming that everything was working correctly, we confirmed the delivery date. Prior to shipment, we filmed a new video of the completed product (after painting and galvanizing), showing the operation and operation of all systems. Only after confirmation will the product be packed and shipped.

The picture shows the customer's visit to our Monopole Tower and Tubular Tower production lines on the second day. During the visit, the customer focused on our processing equipment, particularly our bending machine capable of handling 2,400-ton monopole towers with a maximum thickness of 26 mm. The customer also visited our self-built galvanizing workshop at the end of the production line and tested the galvanizing thickness of some products. The thickness of all exported products meets the ASTM-A123 standard.  

As shown in the following photos, our UAE customer visited and toured our Angle Steel Tower production line and hot-dip galvanizing plant. They verified bending tolerances against our production drawings and also tested the galvanizing thickness. All bending tolerances were less than 1°, and the hot-dip galvanizing thickness exceeded 120 microns. The customer highly praised our factory's production scale and processing quality, and expressed a strong desire for future cooperation.  

The picture shows the 35-meter Cellular on Wheels being packed for Saudi Arabia. Due to limited space, we used a hoisting and stacking method to pack the boxes, avoiding any bumps or collisions during the process, ensuring a complete, damage-free packing. We also provided the customer with a matching generator for immediate use after assembly.  

Altai Tower manufacturerd 65 Meters Tubular Steel Tower officially put into use on Aug.19 in Dougga, Tunisia. The tower part was completed on August 7 and was officially put into use after the deployment of a series of antennas and microwaves and after test runs. In the surface painting part, we have completed the surface treatment and painting before shipment. And we have carried out protective treatment during packaging and transportation.  

Recently, the Altai Tower technical team visited a major project site in Saudi Arabia to conduct an on-site quality inspection of installed road lamp poles. They also held in-depth discussions with the project's construction team regarding installation details and future collaborations. This visit was intended to ensure flawless product quality and provide a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the project. This visit to the Saudi Arabia project site vividly embodies Altai Tower's commitment to "quality first, customer first." By reaffirming quality throughout the entire process, from production and galvanizing to installation, and through in-depth communication with the client, Altai Tower not only ensured the successful delivery of the current project but also laid a solid foundation for further development in the Saudi Arabian and even Middle Eastern markets, establishing a high-quality "Made in China" brand image. Returning with client recognition and valuable on-site experience, the team will continue to optimize its products and services, providing more reliable and efficient lighting solutions to customers worldwide.

Based on feedback from our Rwandan customers, the Palm Tree Tower we manufactured and exported has officially been put into use and is operating normally. Due to cost considerations on the customer's side, we used the old-fashioned palm tree foliage, which, while less durable, significantly reduced costs.
