132 kV power pole packaging and packing site.  Before packing, we spray the power poles with galvanized paint to enhance surface protection. Before packing, we use foam packing to avoid damage to the galvanized surface during transportation.  

After multiple sample calibrations, we will send the final sample product and complete packaging to the customer in the United States for final confirmation. During the sample packaging process, we found some unreasonable designs in the customer's packaging guidance documents and made corrections and reinforcements to ensure safety and stability during transportation.

Telecommunication tower accessories encompass a wide range of equipment and components that are essential for the installation, maintenance, and operation of telecommunication towers.   This lot of export mainly contain antenna mounting structure, drilling and bending parts as well as the access port on monopole tower.     

Maldives customers went to the factory to inspect the monopole tower before delivery. The raw materials, processing conditions, welding accuracy and assembly process were carefully checked to ensure that the product was correct before galvanizing.

In the tower accessories category, we once again exported ladders. According to the customer's delivery requirements, we tested different delivery equipment methods. Finally, the solution was to install 3 pallets for every 24 ladders. (The length of the ladder is 609.6cm.)  

On the last day of Chinese National Holiday, we shipped 80 meters Tubular Lattice Tower to UAE. During the processing of shipping, we repair the worn paint surface and use foam cotton for protection during transportation.           

A new batch of tower accessories has been produced and packed for shipment, including 30 barrels of metal parts. According to customer's requirements, each pallet is loaded with two barrels. However, since the shaking during transportation may cause the barrel to move, we welded a fixed metal on the pallet.
