The following figure shows the packing site of the guyed wire telecom towers shipped to Yemen. According to the process, the zinc layer thickness was still measured before packaging to ensure product quality. Since the towers are installed in coastal areas with high air salt content, we raised the galvanizing standard after confirming with the customer, and the average zinc layer thickness exceeded 150 microns.  

The picture shows the 65M 4-Legged Angle Steel Telecom Tower being packed for shipment to Equatorial Guinea. Before loading, we once again showed the customer the thickness of the zinc layer at each part to ensure that the galvanizing met the ASTM-A123 standard. Standard packaging is used for sea transportation.  

The picture shows the trial assembly site of the 65-meter 4-Legged Angle Steel Telecom Tower provided to a customer in Equatorial Guinea before hot-dip galvanizing. No production quality problems were found during the assembly. The hot-dip galvanizing process will be carried out and strictly comply with ASTM-A123 standards  

The following photos are the cargo packaging and delivery site. All towers are wrapped with foam cotton to prevent bumps.   

On June 15, we were honored to welcome our Philippine customers to visit our factory. They mainly visited the angle steel production line, hot-dip galvanizing workshop and monopole tower production line.  In addition, a communication tower project in our country happened to be under construction near the factory. The customer also visited the construction site and expressed his appreciation for our construction process. In the office, we also showed the customer the artificial palm leaves of the current palm tree telecom tower and presented the test report to show the quality.

The picture shows the packaging of the tubular steel transmission tower before transportation. The packaging form is general seaborne packaging. The overall thickness of the zinc layer of the steel pipe tower is more than 100 microns, and the thinnest part is also more than 85 microns.    

The picture below shows the inspection and packaging of the 3-legged angle steel communication tower. At the same time, we once again tested the zinc layer thickness of different sections to ensure that they all meet the ASTM A123 standard.   

The picture shows the trial assembly site of a 50-meter three legged angle steel tower. Due to the width of the foundation, only 30 to 40 meters of height can be assembled, but it has been confirmed that the pre-galvanizing processing and various processes have no quality. The next step is hot-dip galvanizing, which will also be strictly carried out in accordance with ASTM A123 standards.

Utility steel poles are tall, vertical structures made of steel that are commonly used in various utility applications to support overhead power lines, communication cables, street lights, and other utility equipment. These poles are designed to withstand various environmental conditions and provide reliable support for essential utility services.  

The following pictures show the 35-meter monopole telecommunication tower being packed and shipped. The tower body is wrapped with cloth to protect it from damage during transportation. Climbing belts are also used in the container to fix the tower body to prevent shaking and ensure the safety of customers' unloading. The part where the bottom of the single-tube tower contacts the container is also padded with wood to prevent damage caused by friction during transportation.  

One lot of telecom monopole tower components has been packaged and shipped to U.S.. Most of the products are monopole tower access port. And as well as hot-dip galvanized metal parts.
