The following day, the client also visited our Monopolole Tower and Angle Steel Tower production workshops, and also toured our galvanizing workshop. In the production workshops, the client expressed high praise for our production technology and quality control procedures. In the galvanizing workshop, the customer inspected our galvanizing process and quality. All processes were deemed reasonable and compliant, and the galvanizing thickness met the ASTM-A123 standard. 

The photo shows a Zimbabwean customer visiting our cellular on wheels production line and viewing our existing products. The customer learned about the emergency telecom cabinet and the 25M hydraulic cell on wheels and expressed interest in making further purchases. In addition, the client visited our production line and expressed their approval of the lifting hydraulic rods and the platform welding and assembly process.  

The following images show one of our company's projects in China. This project is a low-cost cellular-on-wheels communication project in cooperation with China Mobile. Due to the theater's imminent opening and considering the frequency of future events, a temporary communication infrastructure solution was ultimately adopted. The aim is to utilize communication resources efficiently and cost-effectively to respond to various public events.  

According to feedback from our client on November 16th, the 20m multi-functional mosaic tower customized by our company has been officially put into operation. This product features a triangular prism design, with three sides suitable for printing advertisements or mounting LED screens for promotional purposes. An antenna and microwave system are also installed at the top to provide local communication coverage. According to the client, the system is currently operating normally, and they are satisfied with the application and functionality of this tower type.

The photo shows the packaging and loading of a recent batch of telecom components shipped to the United States. During this period of relatively tense Sino-US trade relations, we are deeply grateful for our customers' trust and support. Both galvanized and non-galvanized components are packaged in standard seaworthy packaging, wrapped with plastic wrap to protect against dust and moisture. Desiccant is also hung on the top of the container to significantly reduce rusting of non-galvanized components during shipping.      

The picture shows a customer from Yemen visiting our factory. On October 23rd, the customer toured our angle steel tower, monopole Steel tower, and hot-dip galvanizing workshop. This visit served as a preliminary review of our production capabilities and qualifications, which was a prerequisite for cooperation. The customer was very satisfied with our production qualifications and capabilities and expressed their expectations for future cooperation. He also visited our laboratory and design department to ensure that we have a comprehensive QC/QA system and project design capabilities.  

Recently, the Emergency Telecom Cabinet purchased by China Tower from our company has been successfully deployed and put into use after installation and commissioning. After professional equipment measurement, the telecommunications band is stable and smooth, and the CCTV monitoring is also running successfully and stably. Since the area is located in a scenic spot near the urban area, a total of three devices were deployed, covering the hotel parking lot and the surrounding area of ​​the park, ensuring stable communications in the area.

The following pictures show the second batch of 20-meter Cellular on Wheels shipped to the UAE. A total of six units were packed into three containers, secured with rope tensioners. The lifting towers were packed into two containers, for a total of five containers. Because the lifting towers are equipped with hydraulic systems, they were protected with foam and wood packaging.

The next day, the customer toured our Angle Steel Tower and Monopole Tower production lines and expressed praise for our production and processing capabilities. We also demonstrated our automated welding equipment for tower foot supports and inspected the weld quality. In addition, the customer visited the finished product packaging site and galvanizing workshop. Using a zinc meter, they measured the zinc coating thickness of each component, which averaged over 100 microns and met ASTM-A123 standards. The customer also observed our physical laboratory, which is used for quality inspections, and tested the tensile strength of Q355B steel.  

The photo shows representatives from Morocco's Netis Group visiting and inspecting our Cell on Wheels production line. The customer focused on the 30-meter Hydraulic Cell on Wheels and the 12-meter Emergency Telecom Cabinet and expressed initial interest in cooperation. We demonstrated the deployment and operation of both products on-site, and the customer expressed satisfaction with the speed and stability of the deployment. In addition, the customer and we had a detailed technical requirements discussion in the conference room, clarifying the specific requirements of the products required by the customer and the adaptability of our production capacity. Finally, we decided to provide the customer with a preliminary design and quotation to lay the foundation for future communication and cooperation.

The following images show a Qatari customer inspecting our Emergency Telecom Cabinet. Since there are no readily available export versions, we showcased a customized cabinet designed for the national emergency communications department. We provided a detailed introduction to the internal components, installation process, and deployment, and demonstrated the deployment process on-site.    

The following photos show the antenna mast being packed. This product will be shipped to the Maldives for maintenance and upgrades on an angle steel tower. It also comes with U-bolts, bare copper wire, and antenna mounting clamps. The antenna pole is packaged at both ends, and the copper wire and fastening kit are packaged in standard shipping packaging.
