The following pictures show the 35-meter monopole telecommunication tower being packed and shipped. The tower body is wrapped with cloth to protect it from damage during transportation. Climbing belts are also used in the container to fix the tower body to prevent shaking and ensure the safety of customers' unloading. The part where the bottom of the single-tube tower contacts the container is also padded with wood to prevent damage caused by friction during transportation.  

One lot of telecom monopole tower components has been packaged and shipped to U.S.. Most of the products are monopole tower access port. And as well as hot-dip galvanized metal parts.   

The following pictures show the monopole antenna pole packing site and packaging reference. The antenna pole is packed with flannel cloth and stainless steel rolled tape.   Also packed are the artificial palm leaves of the bionic palm tree tower. Palm leaves are packed in cartons for protection, 50 leaves per box. Every two branches are packed into a bundle, which is convenient for customers to unload.   

The following pictures show the trial assembly of the leaves of the  palm tree monopole tower and some technical parameters. The branches are made of fiberglass and do not contain steel bars. The leaves are made of PE material and have no impact on the frequency band of mobile communication signals. And the length of the foliage can be OEM from 3m to 4.5m as per the client's demand.    

The following pictures show the packaging of the three-legged angle steel communication tower. They are all suitable packaging methods for sea transportation, and bumps are avoided as much as possible during the packaging process.    

The following pictures show the packaging site of the 45 Meters 3-Legged Angle Steel Telecom Tower before delivery. We use flannel to pack the angle steel parts at the beginning and end, and fix them with stainless steel binding tape. The remaining parts are connected in sequence with iron wire to prevent omission and confusion.    

The following pictures show the zinc layer thickness test of the three-leg angle steel tower after galvanizing. We will strictly inspect and test each batch of galvanized products according to ASTM A123 standards to ensure that the zinc layer thickness meets the quality requirements.、 Reference Standards： ASTM A123/A123M: Specifies requirements for galvanized coatings on steel products. Key parameters include: Minimum Average Thickness: Varies with steel thickness: ≥6.35 mm (1/4 inch): 100 µm (3.9 mils) average, 85 µm (3.4 mils) minimum local. <6.35 mm: 50 µm (2.0 mils) average, 45 µm (1.7 mils) minimum local. Sampling: Test 3 articles per lot, with 3 measurements per article (9 total).  

The following pictures are on-site photos of packaging and shipping, in total 7 sets of monopole tower loaded in 3 containers. Each tower body is wrapped with foam cotton to prevent scratches during shipping and transportation.  

As shown in pictures is the trial assembly site of 45m 3 legged angle steel tower for our Samoan client. Trial assembly before hot-dip galvanization helps ensure that all components of the angle steel tower fit together correctly and align properly before galvanization. It allows for the identification of any discrepancies or issues in the assembly process that can be addressed and corrected before the final galvanization step.  Ensuring proper fit and alignment through trial assembly before galvanization can contribute to the long-term durability and performance of the angle steel tower, reducing the risk of premature corrosion or structural issues.    

On February 11, 2025, Pakistani customers who purchased tower parts came to China for pre-shipment inspection and factory visit. After a thorough inspection, the customer finally confirmed that there was no problem and agreed to ship the goods and expressed his willingness to deepen cooperation.  

132 kV power pole packaging and packing site.  Before packing, we spray the power poles with galvanized paint to enhance surface protection. Before packing, we use foam packing to avoid damage to the galvanized surface during transportation.  

After multiple sample calibrations, we will send the final sample product and complete packaging to the customer in the United States for final confirmation. During the sample packaging process, we found some unreasonable designs in the customer's packaging guidance documents and made corrections and reinforcements to ensure safety and stability during transportation.
