• Tapered Monopoles (Conical):

  1. Dominant design for heights ≤40m, featuring diameter/wall thickness gradually decreasing from base to top. This optimizes material use, reduces wind load resistance, and improves aesthetic integration.

  2. Section Modulus & Buckling Resistance: Cross-sections are engineered to withstand bending moments (wind/ice loads) and prevent local buckling per CECS 236:2008 standards.

• Multi-Section Towers:

  1. For heights >40m, segments connect via:

     1. Flange Connections: Bolted outer/inner flanges (per AWS D1.1) for rigidity; outer flanges simplify maintenance, while inner flanges offer cleaner aesthetics.

     2. Slip Joints: Upper segments taper into lower sections, secured by bolts—ideal for rapid deployment but limited to moderate loads.

• Ancillary Components:

  1. Integrated platforms, antenna brackets (3+ per tower), external climbing ladders, and lightning rods ensure functionality and safety 

Product Details：

Hot-dip Galanization

Hot-dip galvanization thickness over 100 microns, having strong anti-rust and anti-corrosion capabilities. The processing is strictly according to ASTM A123 standard. 

Package & Shipment Reference

Covered with protective package, any small strach during the transportation can be avoided. We also accept customized packaging and can use a series of packaging and transportation methods including foam cotton, welding scaffolding, etc.
