  • Palm Tree Monopole exported to Rwanda Officially Put into Use

    Based on feedback from our Rwandan customers, the Palm Tree Tower we manufactured and exported has officially been put into use and is operating normally. Due to cost considerations on the customer's side, we used the old-fashioned palm tree foliage, which, while less durable, significantly reduced costs.

  • 90M Guyed Mast Telecommunication Tower Shipment to Yemen

    The following figure shows the packing site of the guyed wire telecom towers shipped to Yemen. According to the process, the zinc layer thickness was still measured before packaging to ensure product quality. Since the towers are installed in coastal areas with high air salt content, we raised the galvanizing standard after confirming with the customer, and the average zinc layer thickness exceeded 150 microns.

No production quality problems were found during the assembly. The hot-dip galvanizing process will be carried out and strictly comply with ASTM-A123 standards

  • Philippine Customers Visited the Factory and Checked the Production Process

    On June 15, we were honored to welcome our Philippine customers to visit our factory. They mainly visited the angle steel production line, hot-dip galvanizing workshop and monopole tower production line.  In addition, a communication tower project in our country happened to be under construction near the factory. The customer also visited the construction site and expressed his appreciation for our construction process. In the office, we also showed the customer the artificial palm leaves of the current palm tree telecom tower and presented the test report to show the quality.
