The newly showcased 35-meter "Cell on Wheels" represents the latest breakthrough in our company's hydraulic technology. Previously, achieving an elevation of over 30 meters for this product required the use of a winch system. Now, thanks to advancements in hydraulic cylinder sealing and hydraulic rod technology, our latest model is capable of reaching a height of 45 meters. Compared to the winch-operated version, the hydraulic variant offers a significantly higher antenna load capacity, superior resistance to wind pressure, and lower operational wear and tear.  

The image shows 30-meter guyed wire towers being packed and ready to be shipped to Somalia. This shipment contains five towers, which will be used as communication and wind measurement towers. They are also equipped with lightning rods, copper wire, aviation obstruction light and other accessories.  

The following images showcase our latest Emergency Telecom Cabinet, capable of short-distance movement within deployment sites. To accommodate the addition of four wheels, we redesigned the internal hydraulic and electrical piping. This design reduces the need for additional vehicles on-site, enabling short-distance movement using only human labor. The cabin can be initially supported using the hydraulic system, and once the wheels are installed, it can be moved. After completion, the wheels can be individually removed and stored in the parts compartment.  

The image shows the packaging and boxing process for photovoltaic mounting systems shipped from our company to Saudi Arabia. With the vigorous advancement of photovoltaic projects in Saudi Arabia, our company has established a stable partnership with this client, ensuring that all production and packaging strictly comply with local standards.

The following images show the guyed lattice towers that our company shipped to Sierra Leone.  Due to the customer's request for maximum packing density, we used the simplest packaging to save space. However, we still provided basic galvanized surface protection.  

The latest batch of telecom components is being packed and prepared for shipment to the United States. Standard sea freight packaging is used, and all non-galvanized products have been treated with rust inhibitors to prevent corrosion during transportation and storage.  

The following pictures show date palm tree monopole towers being packed for shipment to Iraq. This time, the date palm tree camouflage casing was not a wrap-around design, but rather used separate panels for easier maintenance and replacement. We did not use foam padding for packaging, as this would easily damage the camouflage casing during transportation. We custom-designed brackets for the product to ensure safe transportation while maximizing space efficiency.  

The image shows a 20M Bionic Palm Tree Tower being prepared for shipment to Kuwait. Due to the fragility of the palm tree's surface during transportation and the large number of accessories requiring packaging, we custom-designed a support frame to protect the surface. In addition, foam padding was wrapped around the structure for further protection.  

The image shows the deployment of an emergency communication vehicle on New Year's Eve. Due to the large crowds on New Year's Eve, our client urgently deployed the emergency communication system to ensure the normal operation of telecommunication services. This product has a maximum lifting height of 20 meters, a deployment time of less than 15 minutes, a maximum antenna load of 400 kilograms, and a maximum wind resistance of 280 kilometers per hour. The entire process from design to production can be completed in as little as 35 days. The image shows the packaging of the second batch of 60M, 80M, 100M and 120M Angle Steel Towers. Our packaging process is divided into two parts: one area for packing bolts and other small metal parts, and another area for packing angle steel, tower bases, and ladders. This greatly improves packaging efficiency, with a maximum capacity of 15 containers per day. All angle steel is still packaged using non-woven fabric and steel strapping. Wooden blocks are used as spacers between the angle steel or ladders to prevent friction.

The image below shows the angle steel towers we shipped to the UAE, with heights of 60M, 80M, 100M, and 120M. For this shipment, we used high-standard packaging and loading procedures, applying different colors to the packaging to indicate the different tower heights. Each bundle of angle steel was wrapped in non-woven fabric and secured with steel strapping. During loading, we used plywood blocks as spacers at the bottom of the container and between the bundles of angle steel.  

The images show the angle steel towers that our company is about to ship. There are a total of four tower heights: 60M, 80M, 100M, and 120M. We use non-woven fabric and steel strapping for packaging, and different colors are used at both ends of the packaging to distinguish between different tower types. We are currently calculating the number of packages and the volume of each unit package to minimize shipping costs for our customers. At the packaging site, we randomly tested the zinc coating thickness of the products, and all met the ASTM-A123 standard.
