A new shipment of telecom tower components has been loaded and is ready for transport to the United States. This consignment includes galvanized accessories—such as cable trays, fastening kits, and antenna mounting kits—as well as non-galvanized steel components (including stamped identification plates and access ports for monopoles). To ensure structural integrity and prevent damage during transit, all items are packed using steel frames reinforced with wire mesh. The hot-dip galvanizing process strictly adheres to the ASTM A123 standard, with a coating thickness exceeding 100 microns for all materials with a thickness of 6 mm or greater.  

This week, Mr. Oscar from Venezuela visited our company, touring our angle-steel towers, tubular towers, monopoles, laboratory, and hot-dip galvanizing workshop. As his primary procurement interest lies in angle-steel towers, he conducted a detailed inspection of the raw materials, auxiliary materials, punching processes, and plasma-cutting operations used for these structures. Mr. Oscar also thoroughly examined our quality control procedures—including the testing of incoming raw materials (such as tensile and impact tests) and the measurement of coating thickness following the hot-dip galvanizing process—and expressed his satisfaction with what he observed.

Installation has begun on a 25-meter Radar Support Tower destined for the Solomon Islands. Following the completion and curing of the concrete foundation, the client promptly commenced the installation process; our company is providing remote guidance for the assembly of certain complex components. The radar tower is expected to be fully assembled this month and put into service within the year.  

Our factory has completed the production, hot-dip galvanizing, inspection, and export packing of a 30m self-support lattice communication tower for a client in Djibouti. The tower is fabricated from Q355B steel, hot-dip galvanized to ASTM A123, and packed with non-woven fabric and steel strapping to ensure safe delivery by sea. This project further demonstrates our capability to manufacture and export custom lattice communication towers for African and coastal markets.  

This week, our Moroccan client visited the site to inspect the hot-dip galvanized integrated communication shelter. They conducted a detailed examination of the surface finish, weld seams, hydraulic system, lifting mechanism, and other components; all passed inspection. Additionally, due to changing requirements, the client requested some further modifications, such as adjustments to the cable routing and extensions for the mounting poles. The client also toured a large-scale mobile telecom base station, showing great interest in the product and gathering information for future procurement.

Several custom-made Integrated Communication Shelters for a Moroccan client have completed hot-dip galvanizing and surface grinding, and have undergone trial operations. During testing, the power supply, electrical, and hydraulic systems all functioned correctly; the units will be painted following the client's personal inspection and acceptance in China.  

Our company has completed the packaging and shipment of the foundation components for 18 radar support towers destined for a client in Libya. Production of the 18 towers is scheduled for completion by the end of the year. In accordance with the client's requirements, the foundation sections were manufactured and shipped first to allow for the completion of foundation construction at the project site, ensuring that installation of the radar support structures can commence immediately upon their arrival.  

Recently, based on feedback from our Solomon customers, the radar support towers we manufactured have been delivered to the construction site and unloaded. The foundation is now nearing completion. Next month, our company will send technical personnel to the site to guide the installation.  

A new batch of telecom tower components has been packaged and boxed for shipment to the United States. Some high-precision products are packaged in wooden boxes for differentiation. The remaining products are packaged in sea freight-appropriate packaging.  

Today we completed the trial assembly of a 500kV power transmission tower before hot-dip galvanizing. Trial assembly has verified that all components are within the minimum tolerance range. This type of tower is supplied to the State Grid Corporation of China, and the raw material testing, trial assembly, and hot-dip galvanizing all meet national standards.  

We recently completed a trial assembly of a heavy-duty 4-legged tubular tower before hot-dip galvanizing to check dimensions and tolerances. After careful inspection, all components were found to assemble perfectly and connect securely. This type of tower can support a load of up to 1.8 tons and can carry multiple antenna types and large microwave systems.

Our company has completed the packaging and shipment of the latest batch of telecom components, ready for shipment to the United States. This shipment includes monopole access ports and cable trays, among other accessories. The packaging uses standard sea freight packaging.
