The image shows the packaging of the second batch of 60M, 80M, 100M and 120M Angle Steel Towers. Our packaging process is divided into two parts: one area for packing bolts and other small metal parts, and another area for packing angle steel, tower bases, and ladders. This greatly improves packaging efficiency, with a maximum capacity of 15 containers per day. All angle steel is still packaged using non-woven fabric and steel strapping. Wooden blocks are used as spacers between the angle steel or ladders to prevent friction.

The image below shows the angle steel towers we shipped to the UAE, with heights of 60M, 80M, 100M, and 120M. For this shipment, we used high-standard packaging and loading procedures, applying different colors to the packaging to indicate the different tower heights. Each bundle of angle steel was wrapped in non-woven fabric and secured with steel strapping. During loading, we used plywood blocks as spacers at the bottom of the container and between the bundles of angle steel.  

The images show the angle steel towers that our company is about to ship. There are a total of four tower heights: 60M, 80M, 100M, and 120M. We use non-woven fabric and steel strapping for packaging, and different colors are used at both ends of the packaging to distinguish between different tower types. We are currently calculating the number of packages and the volume of each unit package to minimize shipping costs for our customers. At the packaging site, we randomly tested the zinc coating thickness of the products, and all met the ASTM-A123 standard.

The image shows the packaging site of angle steel towers and their installation accessories, ready for shipment to the Maldives. Before packaging, we re-tested the zinc coating thickness, and all met or exceeded the ASTM-A123 standard. The zinc coating thickness was over 100 microns. The packaging still uses standard packaging suitable for sea transport.

The picture shows a customer from Austria visiting our angle steel tower and hot-dip galvanizing workshop. The customer expressed his approval of our production capacity and product quality, and randomly tested the galvanizing thickness on site, all of which met the ASTM-A123 standard.  

The image shows the radar tower fence and foundation accessories shipped by our company to New Zealand. As per the client's request, we will first have the client construct the foundation to facilitate direct installation of the radar tower later. Packaging uses standard sea freight packaging with angle steel and accessories. The angle steel is wrapped in non-woven fabric, and wooden blocks are placed underneath to prevent deformation and facilitate lifting.  

The picture shows a 3-legged angle steel lattice tower loading, which is about to be shipped to the UAE. Gantry cranes and forklifts are used for lifting; the angle steel and other welded components are packaged in standard sea freight packaging.  

The following pictures show the packaging and packing process for our 80M Tubular Steel Tower shipped to Eritrea. All structures are hot-dip galvanized products, and the packaging uses standard sea freight packaging, with cloth strips wrapped around the flanges to prevent scratches during loading, unloading, and transportation.  

The following images show the trial assembly site of the 120m 4-legged angle steel tower before hot-dip galvanizing. On-site, we checked all material specifications against the drawings and customer requirements to ensure they were all up to standard. Furthermore, based on the design flaws revealed during the trial assembly, we will work with the customer to communicate and negotiate solutions to ensure that the product's performance and appearance are both up to standard.  

The following images show the latest shipment of telecom components being packed for shipment to the United States. As before, both galvanized and non-galvanized components are packaged in standard seaworthy packaging, wrapped with plastic wrap to protect against dust and moisture.    

The following day, the client also visited our Monopolole Tower and Angle Steel Tower production workshops, and also toured our galvanizing workshop. In the production workshops, the client expressed high praise for our production technology and quality control procedures. In the galvanizing workshop, the customer inspected our galvanizing process and quality. All processes were deemed reasonable and compliant, and the galvanizing thickness met the ASTM-A123 standard. 

The photo shows a Zimbabwean customer visiting our cellular on wheels production line and viewing our existing products. The customer learned about the emergency telecom cabinet and the 25M hydraulic cell on wheels and expressed interest in making further purchases. In addition, the client visited our production line and expressed their approval of the lifting hydraulic rods and the platform welding and assembly process.
