Pictured here is a custom-designed 60-meter 3-legged angle steel tower commissioned by a client in the UAE. Unlike previous projects that utilized 90-degree angle steel, this tower employs 60-degree angle steel. Trial assembly has confirmed that all components meet the required installation precision standards; the hot-dip galvanizing process is scheduled to commence shortly.  

The accompanying image illustrates the trial assembly and operational testing of a custom-built 35-meter "Cell on Wheels" tower designed for a client in Swaziland. The support legs utilize a hydraulic system, while the tower section employs a winch mechanism to facilitate raising and lowering. During the assembly process, we identified certain design flaws in the client's original specifications, which we subsequently rectified through re-welding and structural modifications. The tower section features a segmented red-and-white paint scheme; prior to crating for shipment, we will conduct a final inspection of the paintwork and perform any necessary touch-ups.  

The latest batch of telecom components has been fully packaged and crated, and is now ready for shipment to the United States. Standard maritime packaging protocols were employed for this shipment; all non-galvanized products have undergone anti-rust treatment to prevent corrosion during transit and storage, while the galvanized products have been wrapped in protective film to guard against dust.  

Trial assembly is currently underway for a Weather Monitoring / Air Traffic Control Radar Tower customized for a client in Libya. Upon actual measurement, all components were found to fall within the permissible tolerance range and assembled smoothly. This tower model utilizes H-beams for its main structural members and square tubes for diagonal bracing, ensuring robust load-bearing capacity. With the successful completion of the trial assembly, the hot-dip galvanizing process is set to commence shortly.  

The accompanying image depicts a 20-meter palm tree monopole tower exported by our company to Mauritius. According to client feedback, all components of the tower are functioning optimally; furthermore, both the outer artificial bark cladding and the artificial foliage surrounding the antennas at the tower's apex remain in excellent condition, exhibiting no signs of fading or loosening.    

We recently finalized a telecommunications solution featuring a camouflage pine tree tower for a client in the Maldives. Pictured below are photographs of the packaging and crating. The main trunk has been wrapped in foam padding, while the branch connection points have been cushioned with foam packaging to prevent impact damage and to safeguard the corresponding identification numbers at each junction.  

The accompanying image illustrates the pre-shipment trial installation of the artificial foliage for a pine tree monopole, conducted to verify its structural stability. The artificial bark is fabricated from fiberglass, characterized by its corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and robust durability. The branches are secured using bolted fasteners; upon tightening, they undergo testing to ensure they remain free of any wobbling or instability. Furthermore, each individual branch is assigned a unique identification number to facilitate the precise determination of its designated installation position at the top of the tower.  

The newly showcased 35-meter "Cell on Wheels" represents the latest breakthrough in our company's hydraulic technology. Previously, achieving an elevation of over 30 meters for this product required the use of a winch system. Now, thanks to advancements in hydraulic cylinder sealing and hydraulic rod technology, our latest model is capable of reaching a height of 45 meters. Compared to the winch-operated version, the hydraulic variant offers a significantly higher antenna load capacity, superior resistance to wind pressure, and lower operational wear and tear.  

The image shows 30-meter guyed wire towers being packed and ready to be shipped to Somalia. This shipment contains five towers, which will be used as communication and wind measurement towers. They are also equipped with lightning rods, copper wire, aviation obstruction light and other accessories.  

The following images showcase our latest Emergency Telecom Cabinet, capable of short-distance movement within deployment sites. To accommodate the addition of four wheels, we redesigned the internal hydraulic and electrical piping. This design reduces the need for additional vehicles on-site, enabling short-distance movement using only human labor. The cabin can be initially supported using the hydraulic system, and once the wheels are installed, it can be moved. After completion, the wheels can be individually removed and stored in the parts compartment.  

The image shows the packaging and boxing process for photovoltaic mounting systems shipped from our company to Saudi Arabia. With the vigorous advancement of photovoltaic projects in Saudi Arabia, our company has established a stable partnership with this client, ensuring that all production and packaging strictly comply with local standards.

The following images show the guyed lattice towers that our company shipped to Sierra Leone.  Due to the customer's request for maximum packing density, we used the simplest packaging to save space. However, we still provided basic galvanized surface protection.
