Overview: Integrated Telecom Shelter

The Integrated Telecom Shelter is a highly advanced, all-in-one emergency communication solution designed to deliver rapid and reliable connectivity in critical situations. This mobile, self-contained unit integrates multiple essential functions into a single, compact platform, enabling swift deployment and autonomous operation during natural disasters, public emergencies, medical crises, and other scenarios where communication infrastructure is compromised or unavailable.

Developed in collaboration with industry leaders, including Shaanxi Tower, this innovative shelter has proven its vital role in major disaster response efforts, earning high recognition from government authorities for significantly enhancing public safety communication capabilities.

Key Features

1. · Rapid, Automated Deployment: Features a fully automatic hydraulic system that enables quick setup and retraction directly from its transport vehicle to the ground without the need for additional manpower or machinery. Deployment and retraction of the mast occur at a speed of 0.25 m/s.

3. · Self-Sufficient Power System: Equipped with an independent and efficient power supply system, including backup batteries, ensuring uninterrupted operation of all communication equipment even during external power grid failures.

4. · Intelligent Monitoring & Remote Management: Incorporates a smart monitoring and control unit with integrated sensors for real-time surveillance of internal equipment status and external environmental conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity). Allows operators to remotely adjust and optimize system parameters via a wireless terminal, dramatically improving emergency response efficiency.

5. · Robust and Stable Mast System: The telescopic mast offers lifting heights of 10m or 12m (6 sections) and is engineered for stability with a maximum wind pressure resistance of 0.55 kN/m². It includes auxiliary wind-guys and is designed to carry 3 antenna mounts (each with ≤0.6 m² wind-facing area).

7. · Comprehensive Mobility & Self-Handling: Designed for mobility with self-loading/unloading capability. The shelter includes adjustable support legs with a maximum vertical travel of 1.2m for leveling on uneven terrain.

8. · Integrated Safety Features: Comes complete with a lightning protection grounding terminal and a reliable hydraulic power and control system for all lifting and stabilization functions.
